We’re Hiring | Content Creator / Video Producer

Location: Mumbai

Work Mode: Hybrid

Compensation: ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and skill set

We are looking for a Content Creator / Video Producer to join our team and take ownership of creating high-quality short-form content for our real estate business.

The role is ideal for someone who enjoys both shooting and editing and has a strong understanding of how to create engaging, visually polished content for Instagram and other digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Shoot and produce short-form video content, primarily using an iPhone
Edit Reels and other social-first content from footage you shoot
Edit footage provided by the team when required
Develop creative concepts and formats for real estate and lifestyle content
Create content around properties, architecture, interiors, people and the real estate experience
Work closely with the team on content planning and execution
Stay current with evolving social media formats, trends and production techniques

What We’re Looking For
Strong video editing skills and an understanding of short-form storytelling
Ability to independently shoot high-quality content using an iPhone
Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro,



DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or similar editing software
Strong sense of composition, pacing, music, transitions and visual storytelling
Valuable understanding of Instagram Reels and social media content
Creative thinking with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
Own laptop and editing setup

Positive to Have
Experience with AI-assisted editing and content creation tools
Knowledge of motion graphics, sound design and colour grading
Experience working with premium, luxury or lifestyle brands
An interest in real estate, architecture, interiors, design, fashion or visual storytelling
