Position: Customer Care Executive – Service Department (Telecaller)

Location: KVR Maruti- Thirurkkad, Angadippuram, Malappuram Dist

Job Descriptions:-
Make daily outbound calls to customers from service-related data.
Call customers for free service, paid service and running repair follow-ups.
Make service reminders and generate service appointments.
Follow up on service leads, pending customers and missed appointments.
Convert customer calls into service bookings and appointments.
Follow up on booking-to-conversion and ensure customers visit the workshop.

Candidate Profile:
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
Customer-friendly attitude and positive telephone etiquette.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain call records.
Experience in telecalling, customer care, service marketing, automobile or dealership operations will be an advantage.
Freshers with valuable communication skills can also be considered

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
