Shift timing: Mon to Fri, 9.30 am to 6.30 pm IST

Role & Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end recruitment for technical and engineering positions.
Identify and engage talent through LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking channels.
Conduct candidate screening calls and evaluate technical qualifications.
Coordinate interviews and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.
Build and maintain solid talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Support employer branding efforts and recruitment marketing initiatives.
Improve hiring processes and drive recruitment best practices.

3+ years of technical recruiting experience.
Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring IT specialists.
Solid relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills.
Experience working with remote and distributed teams.
Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
