Role Summary Key Objectives

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead - Full Stack Development with 5+ years of experience to lead the design and development of scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, build high-performance frontend and backend solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, up-to-date applications.

Core Responsibilities
Experience in database design and optimization using MySQL/PostgreSQL, along with strong SQL skills
Ability to write productive queries, stored procedures, and triggers.
Exposure to cloud platforms (preferably AWS) with knowledge of services like Lambda, SQS, and Elasticsearch.
Familiarity with SDLC practices, including code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and testing methodologies.
Knowledge of Linux settings and experience in performance tuning and scalability is an added advantage
Knowledge of AI and AI developer productivity pipelines.
