: Senior Java / Full-Stack Developer

Core Mandatory Skills To be considered for this role, you must have hands-on experience in:
Backend: Java 8+, Spring Boot, Microservices, Hibernate / JPA
Cloud & DevOps: OpenShift / Kubernetes
Databases: NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB, etc.)

Key Responsibilities
Development: Build, scale, and maintain robust web applications using Spring Boot and ReactJS.
Maintenance: Support existing applications by troubleshooting, bug-fixing, upgrading, and modifying features.
Collaboration: Work directly with business stakeholders to define project requirements, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
DevOps & Reliability: Maintain the OpenShift stack, optimize deployment pipelines, and continuously improve overall application reliability.

Technical Requirements Backend & Cloud Architecture
Java Stack: Deep proficiency in Java 8, REST APIs, and the Spring Ecosystem (Spring Security, Integration, Batch, Data, Cloud, and Spring Boot).
Microservices: Proven experience building cloud-native applications and microservices.




Cloud/Containerization: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, specifically OpenShift or Kubernetes.

Frontend & UI
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript (ES6), and AngularJS / ReactJS.

Data Management
RDBMS: Robust proficiency in MySQL, MariaDB, or other relational databases.
ORM: Experience with JPA (Java Persistence API), Hibernate, or MyBatis.
NoSQL: Hands-on experience with databases like DynamoDB, MongoDB, Cassandra, or HBase.

CI/CD & Tools
Version Control: Git and Bitbucket.
DevOps Automation: Solid knowledge of automated build pipelines using Jenkins (with Groovy scripting).
OS: Comfortable working in a Unix / Linux workplace.

Qualifications & Soft Skills
Education: Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
Methodology: Experience working within an Agile development environment.
Communication: Strong communication skills with a proven ability to read, write, and interpret complex technical requirements.
