Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate qualified leads.
Handle inbound inquiries regarding residential and commercial interior design services.
Understand client requirements and explain the company's interior design solutions.
Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales team or interior designers.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
Update customer information, leads, and follow-up status in the CRM or Excel.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships through professional communication.
Coordinate with the sales and design teams to ensure smooth client handover.
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Good telephone etiquette and customer handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
Ability to work in a target-oriented workplace.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Qualifications
Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.
6month-1 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer support, or real estate/interior sales is preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
