Role & responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor project activities from planning to completion.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, schools, and other stakeholders.
Prepare and maintain project-related documentation, reports, and records.
Track project timelines, deliverables, and day-to-day activities.
Ensure projects are executed as per defined requirements and timelines.
Identify project-related issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution.
Conduct site visits and inspections whenever required.
Assist in technical planning, implementation, and execution of projects.
Prepare basic technical reports, measurements, and project updates.
Ensure proper coordination between technical and non-technical teams.
Regularly update management on project progress and challenges.
Travel to project locations as required.

Preferred candidate profile A responsible, detail-oriented, and hands-on skilled who can effectively coordinate projects while also understanding and handling the technical aspects of project execution.
