Job Responsibilities
Vendor Selection:
Sourcing of Local, Regional &
Global Vendors for 3PS Services in Americas, EMEA and APAC
Preparing a detailed cost analysis of vendor quotes and doing comparatives.
Setup primary and Secondary Vendors per IT Asset product SKU and IT staffing & qualified service SKU
Vendors' Contracts:
Vendor Contract Renewal Management
Vendor Onboarding &
Contract Management:
NDA Agreements Management
Commercial Agreements Management
Contract management and negotiations of agreements such as MSA, SOW & similar legal & subcontracting agreements.




Product &
Service Catalog Management:
Product (Hardware or Software (IT Assets) as SKU) &
Service Vendor Price Catalog Management and Sales Price Catalog Management
Vendor Performance Management:
Vendor Survey
Vendor KPI Reporting
Vendor Service Dispatching
Dispatch Field Engineers at site location
Co-ordinate with vendors to source the best FSE/FTE.
Management Reporting:
Prepare Daily, Weekly, Monthly &
Quarterly Performance Reports.
Prepare specialized Spend Analysis, Costing, Pricing &
Multi-Party Performance Reporting.
Any other task(s)/project(s) as assigned by management.
