Junior Technician

Key Responsibilities
Carry out preventive maintenance of glove manufacturing machines as per the schedule.
Perform breakdown troubleshooting and minor corrective maintenance to reduce machine downtime.
Handle installation, setting and adjustment of glove manufacturing machines.
Maintain maintenance records and follow safety guidelines.
Interact with machine manufacturers, part suppliers and service providers for technical support and parts procurement.
Ensure availability of the critical spare parts to reduce machine down time.
Follow safety guideline and standard operating procedures.
Perform Kaizen activities to improve productivity, quality, safety, cost, and overall operational efficiency

Machine Experience Preferred:




Spinning Mills, Flat knitting, Circular Knitting, Weaving, Looms.

Qualification & Experience:
Education: 10th,Plus Two, ITI, Diploma in Mechanical or Textile.
Experience: 0 to 2 years

Key Competencies:
Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of machine overhauling and maintenance procedures.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Valuable understanding of safety protocols and equipment handling.

Preferred candidate profile : ITI-Fitter or ITI-Mechanics or Dip-Mechanical , Freshers can walk-in.
