Roles and Responsibility
Maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the swimming pool area.
Operate and maintain pool equipment such as pumps, filters, and chlorination systems.
Test and adjust water chemistry to ensure optimal conditions for swimmers.
Monitor and control pool temperature, pH levels, and other parameters.
Perform routine maintenance tasks like cleaning filters, inspecting equipment, and replacing consumables.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Job Requirements
Experience working with swimming pools, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
Solid knowledge of pool operations, maintenance, and safety procedures.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with pool equipment and software.
Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
