Roles and Responsibilities :
Conduct outbound calls to eligible patients and facilitate productive scheduling of initial in-home or clinic appointments.
Ensure patients receive a detailed explanation of program services.
Process recent appointments or changes to existing appointments.
Demonstrate compassion for individual needs, attention to detail, and collaborate with other team members.
Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and appointment details in the system.
Preferred candidate profile
Requirements :
Any Graduate
Experience in Call centre
Excellent Communication skills - Kannada Speaking
Experience in sales roles
