Job Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Team Lead for our Commercial Leasing department. As a Senior Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of leasing professionals, managing commercial leasing activities, and ensuring the successful leasing of commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of leasing professionals to achieve leasing targets
- Develop and implement leasing strategies to attract and retain tenants
- Negotiate lease agreements and terms with potential tenants
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed of industry trends
- Collaborate with property management team to ensure properties are well-maintained and attractive to tenants
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants and address any leasing-related issues

Work Experience

- Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage and motivate a sales team.
- Proven track record of driving commercial sales and achieving revenue targets.




- Excellent communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for growth and development.
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
