Sports Store Manager | 91 Sporting

As 91 Sporting continues to grow, we’re looking for an energetic and commercially driven Sports Store Manager to join our team at Thindlu, Sahakarnagar, Bangalore.

This role goes beyond managing a retail store. We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of the business - deliver a great customer experience, drive sales, build relationships, and actively identify new revenue opportunities.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Managing day-to-day store operations and customer experience
- Driving monthly sales targets and overall store revenue
- Building business with schools, academies, clubs, corporates and other institutional customers
- Developing relationships with local sports organisations and businesses
- Managing billing, inventory, stock replenishment and product displays
- Guiding customers with appropriate product recommendations
- Tracking sales performance and preparing basic reports




- Proactively identifying current business and partnership opportunities

Who are we looking for?

Someone with 2+ years of retail, store management or sales experience, strong communication and customer-handling skills, and the ability to independently build business.

Knowledge of sporting goods and the sports ecosystem would be an added advantage. More importantly, we’re looking for someone who is responsible, organised, target-oriented and excited about growing a sports retail business.

Location: Thindlu, Sahakarnagar, Bangalore

Employment: Full-Time
