About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to independently manage end-to-end hiring and help us build a strong IT team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment from sourcing to joining.
- Create and post JDs on Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Source and shortlist candidates.
- Conduct initial screening and interviews.
- Coordinate technical interviews and candidate follow-ups.
- Handle candidate follow-ups, salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and pre-joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Requirements
- 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in IT recruitment.
- Solid hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Good sourcing, communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
