Job Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT & Blue-Collar positions.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media.
Screen candidates and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates & hiring managers.
Manage volume hiring and close positions within defined TAT.
Maintain candidate database and daily recruitment reports.
Follow up with selected candidates and ensure successful joining.

Requirements:
0–3 years of experience in Non-IT / Blue-Collar Recruitment.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust sourcing, screening, and follow-up skills.
Target-oriented and comfortable with volume hiring.
Freshers with a strong interest in recruitment can also apply.
