Role Description: The Travel Agency Manager at Travsie owns the relationship between travel agencies, DMCs, and Travsie — driving efficient handling of holiday packages and client inquiries end to end.

This full-time, in office role means leading and mentoring a team, deepening partner relationships, and keeping operations seamless across the network.

You'll own sales performance and booking pipeline health, while ensuring consistently high service standards.



You'll also partner with Product and Ops to sharpen processes, mine performance data, and unlock current revenue and market opportunities for our agency network.

Qualifications
Experience in travel agency operations with strong knowledge of outbound holiday packages and relationship with DMCs
Team management skills, including coaching, performance oversight, and workflow coordination
Proven ability in sales and sales management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Robust customer service orientation and ability to handle escalations professionally
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients and partners
Comfort with using travel-tech platforms, CRM tools, and basic office software
Bachelor’s degree in business, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field; relevant certifications in travel or tourism are a plus
