Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR / IT Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience in IT staffing and recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in C2H (Contract-to-Hire), C2C (Corp-to-Corp), and IT staffing and be capable of managing the complete recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, databases, and other channels.
Must have strong experience in C2H and C2C hiring models.
Manage IT staffing requirements for various technical roles.
Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates based on technical skills and experience.
Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate technical interviews.
Negotiate compensation, rates, and other employment terms with candidates.
Maintain solid communication with candidates, clients, and internal hiring teams.
Coordinate offer releases, joining formalities, and onboarding.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.




Meet daily/weekly/monthly recruitment and closure targets.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

Required Skills
1–3 years of experience in IT Recruitment / IT Staffing.
Solid hands-on experience with C2H and C2C staffing.
Valuable understanding of IT recruitment processes and technical job requirements.
Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, and other recruitment platforms.
Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven recruitment environment.
Positive knowledge of various IT technologies, roles, and skill sets.
Strong follow-up and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience working with staffing companies or recruitment agencies.
Knowledge of contract staffing and vendor management.
Experience handling multiple IT requirements simultaneously.
Strong networking and candidate relationship-building skills.

Education
Any Bachelor's degree is preferred.
MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field is an advantage.
