KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Counsel students and parents about courses and career opportunities
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs
Handle incoming enquiries and generate admissions
Follow up with prospective students through calls and WhatsApp
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets
Handle objections and convert leads into admissions
Maintain accurate lead and student records in CRM
Build solid relationships with students and parents
Coordinate with the academic and sales teams for smooth admission processes

REQUIREMENTS
Any Degree
0–2 years of experience in Academic Counselling, Sales, Telecalling,



or Customer Service
Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills
Target-oriented and result-driven approach
Willingness to work in a rapid-paced EdTech environment
