Meet SIMRAN HR on followed dates in walk-in drive for INTERNATIONAL VOICE PROCESS.

We are hiring for International Service Desk -L1 support & International voice process- Good with Office 365 knowledge/ ticketing tool.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide timely and effective L1 support to international clients via phone. Voice process.

Manage tickets using ticketing tools to ensure productive issue resolution.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.

Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.

Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to processes and procedures.

Eligibility criteria

Freshers with basic technical support knowledge are welcome to apply.

Candidate should be graduates, having all orignal marksheets with provisional/ degree certificate.





Excellent communication in English is preferred.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary: 2.6LPA

Training for 2months in Mysore, Karnataka. (Accommodation will be provided by company within campus, paid training)

Post Training - Work location: Infosys, Phase II & III Hinjewadi Pune.
