Key areas of support which we would require to include are as below:
Should be certified Tenable Security Centre Specialist
Assistance with patch upgrades for Tenable.SC if required.
Required support during challenges coming for the installation and configuration of current scanners.
Troubleshooting any issues that arise within the application.
Assistance to customise audit policies as per our requirement and support on challenges while running those on required assets
We may need assistance with custom scripts for generating reports in the required regulatory format, primarily using Python. We have couple of them provided by Tenable.
Support for integrating the application with various third-party tools, such as CyberArk , Ansible ,etc.
Guidance/assistance on moving scan data to ServiceNow through API.
Clarification on new vulnerabilities, along with suggestions and recommendations for fixes wherever needed.
Availability of support during weekends for urgent matters as needed.
