What You'll Do
Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain our products and services
Convert inbound inquiries into sales
Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with prospective customers
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets
Handle customer questions and objections professionally
Update call records and lead status in our CRM

What We're Looking For
Positive communication skills in [Hindi/English/regional language]
Confident, persuasive, and comfortable on the phone
Basic computer skills
12th pass or graduate (any stream)
Freshers welcome; telesales/BPO experience is a plus
