Assign daily targets and monitor performance.
Train team members on calling techniques.
Track calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Handle difficult customer queries and escalations.
Motivate the team to achieve targets.
Prepare daily/weekly performance reports.
Ensure proper customer communication and follow-up.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.21 per month
