Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Tele Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to prospective students, generating interest in our study-abroad programs, and scheduling counseling appointments for our team.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to leads generated through our marketing campaigns, seminars, and website inquiries
Explain SPM's services, study destinations, and program offerings clearly to prospective students and parents
Schedule counseling appointments and follow up with leads to convert inquiries into consultations
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups,



and lead status in our CRM system
Handle incoming calls and respond to student queries professionally
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets
Coordinate with the counseling and admissions team for smooth handoff of qualified leads

Requirements
Any degree (freshers can apply)
Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English; Hindi is a plus
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred but not mandatory
Confident, polite, and persuasive phone manner
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools)
Ability to handle rejection positively and stay motivated
