Responsible for providing support assistance in the preparation and submission of tenders related to Government and PSU projects in the geospatial, drone survey, GIS, and infrastructure domains.
Assists in reviewing tender documents, understanding eligibility criteria, coordinating with technical and accounts teams, preparing and compiling compliance documents, and supporting the compilation of technical and financial bids.
Provides support in drafting official correspondence and assists in timely submission of bids through GeM, e-procurement portals, and offline modes.
Also supports senior team members in pre-bid meetings, post-bid clarifications, and coordination with clients and concerned authorities as required.
