We are looking for an experienced Workday Adaptive Planning professional to join our Production Support team. The ideal candidate will have robust hands-on experience in Adaptive Planning, troubleshooting production issues, data corrections, reporting, analytics, and security configurations.

Key Responsibilities - Provide production support for Workday Adaptive Planning and resolve system-related issues.
Research and troubleshoot system problems, unexpected results, and process flaws.
Identify root causes and recommend solutions or alternative approaches to meet business objectives.
Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues and perform data corrections.
Support Workday Reporting and Analytics requirements.
Manage and support security configurations and changes.
Develop and maintain technical specifications and supporting documentation.
Develop test conditions and conduct acceptance testing.




Implement and validate solutions in the production workplace.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and provide effective solutions.

Required Skills - Solid hands-on experience in Workday Adaptive Planning / Adaptive Planning.
Experience in Workday Production Support.
Good knowledge of Workday Reporting and Analytics.
Experience troubleshooting data issues and performing data corrections.
Experience with Workday Security configurations and changes.
Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to document technical specifications and testing procedures.

Experience - Total Experience: 6+ years
Relevant Experience: 5+ years
