Hiring Travel Sales Consultants to convert customer enquiries into confirmed international flight and holiday bookings.

This is a target-driven sales role, not a customer support position. You will engage with customers, understand their travel requirements, recommend suitable options, handle objections, and close bookings.

We are looking for confident, commercially driven individuals who enjoy sales and are motivated by performance-based earnings.

Key Responsibilities
Follow up with customer enquiries through calls , emails
Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable
Handle pricing objections and close sales
Maintain consistent follow-ups until closure




Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

Required Skills & Experience
0–2+ years of sales experience
Travel sales, international voice process, telesales, BPO
Solid spoken English and communication skills
Valuable negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling abilities
Confident speaking with customers over the phone
Target-oriented and comfortable in a high-activity sales setting
Strong follow-up and closing skills
Comfortable working UK/US shifts
Graduate or UG's candidates with relevant experience may apply

Preferred
Experience selling international flights or holiday packages
Knowledge of airlines, destinations, fares, and travel products
GDS knowledge such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre
Experience handling UK/US customers
