Programming: Write, test, and edit manual programs or use CAM software using G-codes and M-codes.
Machine Setup: Load raw materials, mount fixtures, set up cutting tools, and establish work/tool offsets.
Drawing Interpretation: Read and analyze complex 2D/3D engineering drawings, blueprints, and tolerance specifications.
Quality Control: Inspect finished machined items with precision tools like Vernier calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
Optimization & Troubleshooting: Adjust feeds, speeds, and coolant flow to fix run-time errors, reduce cycle time, and prevent tool breakage.
Maintenance: Conduct daily routine machine checkups and follow safety rule
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
