Roles & responsibilities
Set up and operate VMC (Vertical Machining Center) machines.
Perform CNC milling machine setting and programming (mandatory).
Troubleshoot production and machining issues to ensure smooth operations.
Set tools, fixtures, and workholding devices before production.
Load and unload components safely and efficiently.
Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.
Inspect components using measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, and
other standard inspection tools.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and machining specifications.
Follow production schedules while maintaining safety and productivity.
Work effectively in a three-shift operation.
Preferred candidate profile 27 years of experience in production and troubleshooting of machining processes.
Solid knowledge of CNC Milling machine setting and programming (mandatory).
Positive understanding of GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
Proficiency in engineering drawing reading.
Knowledge of machining processes and production practices.
Hands-on experience with measuring instruments and inspection techniques.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts (3 shifts).
