Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers and explain the company’s products and services.
Handle incoming calls and respond to customer queries.
Follow up with interested customers and provide the required information.
Maintain records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
Identify customer requirements and share suitable solutions.
Coordinate with the sales team for further follow-up.
Achieve daily and monthly call targets.
Maintain valuable communication and skilled relationships with customers.

Requirements
Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
Positive convincing and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
