Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries for Europe holiday packages and customized trips.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable destinations, itineraries, hotels, and activities.
Prepare and present customized travel quotations.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Coordinate with internal teams, DMCs, hotels, and other travel partners for smooth execution.
Stay updated on European destinations, travel trends, visa requirements, and seasonal offers.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, quotations, and conversions.

Requirements




Minimum 2 years of experience in International Travel Sales, preferably specializing in Europe.
Robust knowledge of European destinations and holiday packages.
Proven experience in lead conversion and achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of itinerary planning and travel quotations.
Customer-focused with robust convincing and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
