Hiring: Technical Support Executive | Chennai

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Technical Support Executive to join our growing support team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about customer service, technical troubleshooting, and operational coordination in a fast-paced software workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day technical support operations
Act as the primary point of contact for technical escalations
Track and manage team SLAs, workflows, and support activities
Assign and monitor ARC collection responsibilities
Provide technical support to internal and external customers
Coordinate escalated issues with L3 teams and product managers
Manage and report all incoming support inquiries effectively
Assist in onboarding and training new support team members
Conduct webinars and knowledge transfer (KT) sessions
Support UAT and operational delivery for recent product/features
Ensure customer issues are resolved professionally and within timelines
Prepare and maintain support documentation and knowledge materials
Share regular updates with customers regarding issue status and resolutions




Implement preventive actions to minimize recurring support issues
Continuously improve support workflows and customer experience
Create customer self-service support materials and guides
Analyze Bitrix24 case trends to identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in IT / Computer Science (Mandatory)
SQL Certification or SQL course completion preferred

Skills Required:
Robust communication and customer handling skills
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with CRM and customer support tools
Basic SQL knowledge preferred
Ability to work collaboratively in a team workplace

Experience:
0–1 Year in IT Customer Support
Experience in POS Software Support will be an added advantage
