Job Details
Position: Title Processor / Process Associate
Location: Bangalore
CTC: 4.4 LPA ( Fixed 4,01,000 + 39,000 Variable)
Work Mode : Hybrid
First 3 months will be work from Office for Training program

Eligibility Criteria
Any Full-Time Graduate from a recognized institution.
Robust written / Reading comprehension and the ability to work with detailed information.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Willingness to work in rotational US shifts.

Key Responsibilities
Review real estate-related records and documents using approved systems and information sources.
Gather and organize information related to property ownership, transactions, and recorded documents.
Validate names, dates,



property details, and recording information across multiple sources.
Identify discrepancies, exceptions, and potential risks.
Conduct additional research when records are incomplete or unclear.
Interpret and summarize relevant information accurately.
Support the preparation of title examination reports and title commitments after completing the required training.
Maintain quality standards, process adherence, and confidentiality requirements.
