The Business Enablement Executive will be responsible for supporting policy processing, dealer coordination, business development, and day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth and timely business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Handle policy issuance, policy booking, and insurer portal updation.
Manage KYC & IDV failed cases, including calling, follow-up, and training.
Provide dealer support, portal training, profiling, and coordination.
Execute RTO-wise weekly business plans and support renewal activities.
Maintain trackers, business data, and reports and support Portal ChatBot activities.
Coordinate with internal teams, dealers, and insurers for timely resolution of queries.
Ensure accuracy, timely completion, and proper follow-up of assigned activities.
Key Skills

Basic knowledge of insurance operations.

Ability to work with portals and Excel/MIS.
