We are looking for a Live Proctor to monitor online assessments and ensure a fair and smooth test experience for candidates. The ideal applicant should have excellent English communication skills, be adaptable to work in rotational shifts, and be an immediate joiner.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor candidates during online assessments through audio/video platforms.
Ensure test guidelines are followed strictly and report any violations.
Provide explicit instructions to candidates before and during the assessment.
Document and escalate issues or technical concerns to the support team.
Maintain professionalism and follow company protocols at all times.

Requirements:
Excellent fluency in English (verbal and written).




Ability to work in rotational shifts, including nights/weekends if required.
Basic computer knowledge and valuable typing skills.
Strong observation skills and attention to detail.
Must be an immediate joiner.
Prior experience in proctoring/BPO is an added advantage but not mandatory.
