Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Tuesday – Sunday)

As part of our high-impact expansion across Hyderabad, Warangal, and Karimnagar, PW Vidyapeeth is hiring dynamic Voice Process Associates . In this role, you will act as the brand ambassador and primary voice of PW, driving student success and high-volume admissions through student counselling, consultative communication, and call lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities
High-Volume Call Operations: Execute inbound and outbound call strategies to convert high-intent prospective student and parent inquiries into enrollments.
Consultative Student Counselling: Provide end-to-end course advisory, detailing academic curriculums, batch schedules, scholarship schemes, and fee structures.
Pipeline Management & CRM Operations: Track lead lifecycles, conduct timely follow-ups, maintain high call quality compliance,



and log accurate engagement data in CRM systems (Salesforce / LeadSquared).
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with center management, regional sales teams, and ground counsellors to streamline lead hand-offs and drive admission conversion rates.
Brand Advocacy: Deliver student-centric communication to uphold Physics Wallah's brand reputation and maximize outreach campaigns.

Must-Have Qualifications & Core Competencies
Experience: 1–3 years in high-volume Voice Process, Inside Sales, Customer Success, or Tele-Counselling roles (EdTech or Test-Prep experience preferred).
Multilingual Fluency: Professional verbal communication in English and Telugu (Mandatory); proficiency in Hindi is a robust advantage.
Key Skills: Lead qualification, active listening, objections handling, CRM data entry, and phone etiquette.
Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with cloud telephony platforms (Exotel/Ameyo) and CRM tracking tools.
