Discuss treatment packages, financial options and answer cost-related queries.
Build trust and maintain strong relationships with patients.
Follow up regularly with patients until they start treatment.
Maintain accurate patient records and update the CRM.
Work closely with the medical and operations team to ensure a smooth patient experience.




Achieve counselling and treatment conversion goals while maintaining high patient satisfaction.
Candidate RequirementsGraduate in any discipline.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust counselling, convincing and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism.
Basic computer knowledge.
Experience in counselling, customer relationship, healthcare, banking, education counselling or sales is preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for counselling may also apply.
