Position: FRP Moulder / Fabricator

Experience: 2–5+ years preferred

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled FRP Moulder/Fabricator who can independently work on the moulding, fabrication, finishing and installation of various FRP products.

Key Responsibilities

Manufacture and fabricate FRP planters, sculptures, wall fountains, decorative panels, rocks and customized FRP products.

Prepare moulds and carry out FRP lamination, resin application, fibre layering and mould release.

Handle cutting, grinding, sanding, polishing and finishing of FRP products.

Read and understand basic drawings, dimensions and product designs.

Ensure proper thickness, strength, shape and finishing of finished products.

Work with different moulds and assist in developing customized FRP products.





Carry out repair, modification and finishing work as required.

Maintain proper quality and minimize material wastage.

Follow workplace safety and production standards.

Required Skills

Hands-on experience in FRP moulding and fabrication.

Knowledge of resin, fibre, gelcoat, catalyst and FRP lamination techniques.

Ability to make and finish complex shapes such as sculptures, pots and fountains.

Valuable understanding of measurements and basic drawings.

Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.

Attention to detail and valuable finishing skills.
