Job Profile:

We are currently hiring a HR Manager to join our Human Resources team and support the team on HR Operations.

Job Responsibilities

· End to end Recruitment from Sourcing , Selection, Negotiations, Documentation, Onboarding,

· Training activities like Induction & Orientation of Recent Joiner and other training activities.

· HR operations – day to day HR work handling like Employer-Employee Relations, general queries and grievance handling , Day to day Coordination, Tracking, Reporting & Analysis, Documentation and Data Management in Excel sheets.

· Coordination with Mumbai branches For transfers, For leave absenteeism, For LM, For corrective action OR Counselling

· Checking for Current joiners – week off, timings and feedback from managers.





· Absenteeism report updating and follow-up with branches

· Day to day admin work related to employee verification, recent employee data updating, leave management as per approval and leave applied etc.

Requirements and skills
Work experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the retail industry
Minimum qualification – Graduation or above
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
At-least 5 - 6 years of Experience in HR OPERATIONS OR EMPLOYEE LIFE CYCLE MANAGEMENT
People oriented and results driven.
