Job Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers through outbound and inbound calls.

• Generate qualified leads for Architecture and Interior Design projects.

• Explain Buildzy's services to prospective clients.

• Understand customer requirements, budget, and project timelines.

• Schedule appointments for the Sales Consultant.

• Maintain CRM and daily follow-up records.

• Follow up with existing and inactive leads.

• Achieve monthly lead generation targets.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills.

• Experience in telecalling or inside sales.

• Knowledge of Architecture, Interior Design, Construction, Home Renovation, or Real Estate industry.

• Robust convincing and negotiation skills.

• CRM knowledge is preferred.

• English, Telugu, and Hindi communication preferred.
