Job Responsibilities:
Monitor CCTV cameras continuously and ensure proper surveillance of the premises.
Monitor store/outlet activities and identify any suspicious or unusual activity.
Report incidents, theft, safety issues, or other irregularities to the Manager/Security Supervisor.
Maintain CCTV monitoring records and incident reports.
Check that all CCTV cameras are functioning properly and report technical issues.
Review and retrieve CCTV footage whenever required.
Maintain confidentiality of CCTV footage and company information.
Coordinate with store staff, security personnel, and management when required.
