Role Description The VOIP PBX L1 Support Executive/Trainee role is a full time, hybrid position based in NOIDA, U.P. India, with flexibility for partial work from home. The role involves providing first-level support for VOIP PBX systems, including handling incoming support requests, responding to user queries, and troubleshooting basic configuration, connectivity, and call quality issues.

The individual will assist in system monitoring, log them, and escalation of complex issues to senior engineers while maintaining explicit documentation of incidents and resolutions.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of VOIP, PBX systems, SIP protocols, and basic telephony concepts.
Candidates should possess skills in troubleshooting, incident handling, and system monitoring for VOIP based PBX extensions.
Candidates should possess robust customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage client interactions professionally.
