· Proven ability to design data-intensive, workflow-driven applications, such as dashboards, investigative tools, forms, and data visualizations.

· High proficiency with the Figma design ecosystem, including detailed UI design, layout and grid systems, visual hierarchy, typography, reusable components, and scalable design systems.

· Experience managing design-to-development handoffs, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and consistency through the build process.

· Robust product thinking mindset—deep understanding of user workflows, pain points, and real-world usage, not just visual aesthetics.
