Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the sales team of around 10 members, drive revenue growth, develop recent markets and manage key customer relationships across fire and life safety, ELV & utility systems.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve the goals.
Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies and business plans.
Generate new leads and expand the customer base.
Manage key accounts and major business opportunities.
Drive B2B/project sales for fire and life safety, ELV & utility systems.
Monitor market trends to provide better solutions to the client along with pricing.
Track sales pipeline, forecasts and team performance.




Coordinate with technical and operations teams for smooth execution.
Handle major negotiations and close the deals.
Report sales performance and growth plans to the management.

Qualification & Experience
7 - 10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
Experience in B2B, project sales, fire & life safety, ELV & utility systems MBA/PGDM in Marketing or related field preferred.
Robust leadership, communication, negotiation and sales & marketing skills.
Willingness to travel for client meetings.
