How you will add value

Core Responsibilities
You will review and analyze all travel and entertainment expenses.
You will ensure reports comply with company policies and flag issues.
You will prepare detailed expense reports and identify trends or risks.
You will maintain organized and accessible expense documentation.
You will support Accounts Payable duties when required.




You will code vendor invoices in Coupa and route them for approval.
You will support monthend and yearend close activities.
You will assist finance leadership with ad hoc tasks.

What will help you be successful in this role

Experience, Education & Certifications
At least 6+ years of experience in expense management or accounts payable.
Experience with accounting systems and Microsoft Office; Workday preferred.

Soft Skills
Solid communication and collaboration skills.
Excellent attention to detail and timemanagement.
High professionalism and confidentiality.

Work Schedule & Location
Standard shift: 2:00 PM 11:00 PM IST.
