Job DescriptionWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales operations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in e-commerce, preferably from the jewelry industry, and should be capable of handling product listings, order processing, and customer coordination.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, website, etc.).
Upload product images, descriptions, pricing, and offers.
Coordinate with the operations team for order processing and dispatch.
Handle customer queries and returns.
Track sales, stock, and inventory online.
Analyze performance and suggest improvements for sales growth.
Ensure accurate and timely updates on all platforms.
