Key Responsibilities
Guest Service: Greet customers warmly, guide them to tables, and present menus.
Order Taking: Record food and drink selections accurately, offer menu suggestions, and note special dietary requests.
Serving: Deliver food and beverages promptly from the kitchen and bar to the correct tables.
Table Maintenance: Transparent dirty plates, refill glasses, wipe surfaces, and reset tables for recent guests.
Station Upkeep: Stock side stations with cutlery, napkins, and condiments.
Billing: Prepare checks, process payments, and handle cash or card registers when required.
