PS Exports and Consolidates is hiring for its factory located in Pudupakkam (Near Kelambakkam).
We are seeking candidates with a solid background in woven garments.
Responsibilities and Preferred Candidate Profile:
Control quality at each stage to meet customer expectations by guiding the Quality team.
Conduct internal GMP audits, CTPAT audits, and technical audits.
Continuously identify prospects for operational improvements and conduct training for Quality Controllers and floor staff.
Ensure compliance with GMP regulations.
Analyze root causes of defects to implement effective solutions.
Possess robust communication skills for effective interaction with buyers and the team.
Maintain a focus on quality consciousness and a systematic approach, demonstrating excellent communication skills with buyers and the team.
Provide timely and regular MIS (Data, Reports, Analysis) on all critical plant operation parameters.
