Job Title: Export Sales Intern – IVD (In Vitro Diagnostics)

About the Role:

Reckon Diagnostics is looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented Export Sales Interns to join our International Business team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to export sales, international business development, distributor management, market research, and export documentation within the In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) industry.

The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, possess robust communication skills, and have an interest in international sales and healthcare diagnostics.

Key Responsibilities

Export Sales Support

• Assist the Export Sales team in handling international inquiries and customer communications.

• Support lead generation activities through online research and B2B platforms.

• Prepare and maintain customer databases and sales records.

• Follow up with prospective customers and distributors via email and phone.

Market Research

• Research potential export markets and identify business opportunities.

• Collect information on competitors,



market trends, and pricing.

• Prepare market intelligence reports for management review.

Documentation & Coordination

• Assist in preparing quotations, Proforma Invoices (PI), and customer correspondence.

• Support export documentation processes and order tracking.

• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution of export orders.

CRM & Reporting

• Update sales activities in CRM or Excel reports.

• Maintain records of inquiries, quotations, and customer interactions.

• Prepare weekly activity reports and presentations.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Final Year Students or Recent Graduates in:

o B.Sc. (Biotechnology, Microbiology, Life Sciences)

o B.Pharm / M.Pharm

o BBA / MBA (Marketing or International Business)

o Commerce or related disciplines

Skills Required:

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Solid learning attitude and attention to detail.

• Interest in international business, exports, and healthcare industry.

• Ability to work in a team workplace.
