IT Support Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Support Engineer to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
Respond to queries via phone, chat, or in person.
Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
Monitor computer systems and networks for issues.
Maintain records of hardware and software inventories.
Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
Follow standard procedures for escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Assist in the setup and configuration of new computers and user accounts.
Document technical procedures and user guides.




Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role.
Excellent knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
Experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Familiarity with IT support software and ticketing systems.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
