Business &
Sales Growth
Achieve zonal revenue, sales, and profitability targets.
Develop strategies to increase market share and business opportunities.
Identify current markets, customers, channels, and growth opportunities.
Team Leadership
Lead and manage Regional/Area Managers and field teams.
Set individual and team targets and monitor performance.
Coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
Zonal Strategy &
Execution
Prepare annual and monthly business plans for the zone.
Convert corporate objectives into actionable regional plans.
Ensure timely execution of company initiatives and campaigns.
Performance Management
Track KPIs such as sales, revenue, productivity, collection, customer acquisition, and profitability.
Review performance regularly and take corrective actions where required.
Market &
Competitor Analysis
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing,



and customer behavior.
Identify opportunities and risks within the assigned territory.
Customer &
Channel Management
Maintain relationships with key customers, dealers, distributors, or business partners.
Strengthen distribution/channel networks and resolve escalated customer issues.
Financial &
P&L; Management
Manage the zonal budget and operating expenses.
Ensure healthy margins, cost control, and profitability.
Monitor collections and outstanding payments where applicable.
